If I can find Eve, she'll be going to Alloa today, screaming all the way no doubt! My bag is packed anyway. Tomorrow we're off to London and on Friday Vienna. Looking forward to all of it - the Schonbrunn, the Klimts, the Hundertwasserhaus, the Belvedere, brilliant coffee...

New Wellwynd Church

We are off to New Wellwynd Church for the rehearsal this evening. It's been another beautiful day here. This morning I met up with June at the Green Hotel, as she is on holiday celebrating her birthday. She sends her good wishes for the wedding on Saturday.

Google sites

Have been trying out Google sites which isn't bad at all for a free service. There are limitations - no support for javascript, gifs etc but it is very interactive. Good for collaborating on a project and using other Google apps like Google docs, video, spreadsheets, templates etc.

Yeah, and I've been at the beach again. So beautiful today. Really warm. Dogs racing along in the waves. But pretty much had the place to myself. Think I should invest in a wet suit!

The ghosts of old websites....

If you need to find old web pages that no longer exist, a great place is THE ARCHIVE You have to be careful to enter the exact URL of the page you are looking for, but it's pretty good at coming up with the goods!
Even things you thought had disappeared into a black hole are still lingering there in digital limbo....!
